Additional comments

This is an ancient hedgerow with a variety of tree species including English oak, field maple, sycamore, holly, hawthorn, ash, hazel and the shrubs rose, bramble and ivy. In the past the hedge had been cut to ground level or near ground level as many of the trees are coppice, but some were left as standards )oak, ash, maple).
