This tree's story

This garden and grounds has a number of mature and specimen trees. The Fir tree located close to the house, but can be seen from outside fence/grounds.

Additional comments

Common (or European) Fir Tree, Bark has large grey/silver colour plates at lower trunk, with some dead twigs and oval cones high on tree. This is a handsome healthy looking tree.
However, the bark does also look like a Momi Fir.
